Questions regarding the TODA terminal in front of Eastwood.
There are already 3 TODA's there already, Eastwood, Eastwind and Centella (SIM),, is there anybody governing them? Because they cause a lot of clogging in front of the subdivision, more particularly kung sa gitna sila nagbababa ng pasahero,, and since corner na ung area with Luver's Market, and that is the single main entry and exit point of these 3 subdivisions, they cause a lot of traffic,, specially during rush hour. Traffic from the inside, from outside, and from Luvers are increasing and accelerating. a single tricycle stopping in the middle to drop a passenger off can cause a huge clog.. I mean, i think who ever is administering them should come up with a plan and regulation to isolate the drop off spots where they won't cause any clogging.
Also,, is their fare regulated? is it fair to the eastwoodians? who set their price? LGU?

medyo lumalala na ung traffic dun,, may nagbanggaan pa nga trike at owner type jeep dun on my way out of EG premises.. lalo na pagsunday dahil may sales event ang Acerhomes,, even though we are not a major commercial district,, travel time is still important,, and traffic rules in such area are signs of how disciplined people living within that vicinity are... so i really think this is serious matter...
In my own little imagination, i was formulating some solutions to the problem,, maybe modifying the drop point,, and prohibited stop points, etc.. although it is not my call, my point is it is very much possible to fix that little but serious issue if everybody is willing to help improve our community... like i always say to our colleagues,, Eastwoodians may not all be millionaires but we deserve a community comparable to Valle Verde, Green Meadows, Corinthians, Fonta Verde,, Forbes Park and Bel Air.. it is free to dream anyway,, hehe.

Hello Beyond the above mentioned issues which i totally agree i want to ask this. -Is the speed limit of these trikes regulated in anyway? They drive way to fast and careless inside the subdivision even inside the various phases. Accidents have happened and will be more and more. I just hope we will not have to mourn any pedestrian or kid due to their negligence. Please do not reply the ADC moto that "streets are for vehicles and not for kids to play" we all live here and see how the life is in reality, kids play on the street. This does not apply to all the trike operators, the ones who drive properly do agree on it too.
