This is good info,, I believe there is already an Eastwood Greenview Homeowners Association registered in HLURB initiated by Acerhomes, as part of their initial requirements. With the current registration done by our developer, it is their staff who are registered to manage the association. The Federation of Eastwood Greenview Homeowners Association registered through LGU composed of LGU registered homeowners association each phases is our method of equally representing each phases in our central management. Externally, we are one association, but internally we are a federation of 5 associations and each are autonomous from each other. The people seated as officers in the federation will be the same people to replace the staff of Acerhomes and take the positions for HLURB registered association. This is the best method we were able to come up with to have an equal representation of each phases in a higher umbrella of administration.
I will create an organizational chart of the Federation, I am just collecting the pictures so that each are identified properly..

HI ROMY AND JULIUS, GOOD INFO..I SUPPOSED WE, THE FED EXECOMS AND BOT'S HAVE TO SEAT ON THIS AND STRATEGISE THE TURN-OVER PROCESSES THE EARLIEST TIME POSSIBLE. EQUAL REPRESENTATIONS OF EVERY PHASE IS THE MOST IDEAL .. ROMY CAN YOU BE THE RESOURCE PERSON?  |

I'm out of the Philippines right now, maybe a HLURB representative is the best resource person.
Suggest we ask Acerhomes/Acerhomes sponsore HOA copy of the latest articles of incorporation/by laws and any HOA related documents.

I went to wikimapia where I had earlier bookmarked and previously placed a mark on the problable location of my unit. Also to check on the latest message and development in and around Eastwood Greenview.
There I found a message informing that this site is the office HOA blog/website.
