I believe the issue has been raised to the developer already, i just can't remember what was the case. If I remember correctly, it has been a debate whether it is the developer that will provide that light or LGU since the bridge was provided by the developer only to have the access on the right of way they purchased from the Bautista Family but LGU is also claiming for the rights on the roadway. Well, all is supposed to be simple and well but politics came in makes it a lot complicated. I may be wrong, i do hope I am wrong,,
Though i know our higher federation officials should've read this already. I'll raise this up again if i will be able to attend the next session of the federation. Thank you for your concern and initiative

Dear Emie,
Your concern is very much appreciated and we will include this issue on our next federation meeting. Ka Julius please relay this to KaPres for possible follow-up letters to Acerhomes or to LGU. Thanks...COB CHARLIE....
