Hi to all.
I was in the Philippines last February and visited my unit (Phase 5 Block 5 lot 32). I am not satisfied with the ADC contractor's job. First yong concrete cover ng septic tank ay di nakasealed. I raised the issue to inspector/engineer who luckily visited my unit after 3 weeks I checked the septic tank cover langya nilagyan lang bato para di umuga.
Standard dapat nakaseal ng cement plaster at di lang nakapatong yong cover. Tapos yong electrical main switch ginamit nila fuse box. Hay susmaria ano pa kayang ginawa nila na wala sa hulog.

Hi Romy man, are you still here in the philippine? i suggest that you wrote us a formal letter so we could bring it to the attention of ADC officials, May i ask what is the name of the Inspector/ Engineer that visited your unit? you can post the name here, and i will print this to hard copy , same thing that i did when Ms esmie also a residents of eastwood post her suggestion here regarding bridge light.... i brought it formally to the attention of ADC VIP.... and good thing happened, they acted immedietly to repair/replace busted lights on the bridge. thanks romyman and keep posting have nice day |

Hi Prezlabez, Sayang nasa Riyadh na ako. Regarding sa cover ng septic tank, I asked my neighbor opposite my unit sabi nila ganoon din daw yong septic tank ng turn-over ng ADC yong unit nila. Para makita nyo unit ko eto yong friendster link profiles.friendster.com/50084680 |
