Hi Everyone,
Anyone interested in forming a runners' or joggers' club? I have been running 30 minutes a day, three times a week and have enjoyed the scenic view of eastwood. the hilly terrain could help you break a good sweat. though some dogs are not leashed in some streets, I have not be bitten so far.
ours is a good place for running, jogging or walking. and running is a good and cheap form of exercise for all ages. I am inviting everyone to exercise at least 20 minutes a day! Come run with me and lets start a runner's club.
